Collection/delivery the day before you need your balloon display is preferred. Please select this day in the calendar on the checkout page. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a special request (Eg surprise/direct delivery on a birthday/event).

Collection is from a private home address in Newport, Isle of Wight. Collection times are between 9am & 9.30am then 7.30pm & 8pm. We can be flexible if needed but please contact us prior to ordering to arrange.

Deliveries are made in the afternoon/evening, you will be allocated a 1 hour time slot on the delivery day. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. Balloons are NOT suitable to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

It is hard to predict the life span of a balloon display, but they normally last between 1 week – 1 Month (often longer)

Dates book up fast so check your date is available. You can select the date at the checkout page. If a date is blocked out we are sorry that means we are fully booked.
